Day 1

Ok After dabbling in polyphasic sleeping I have finally decided to commit myself. Get sleep tracks a crazy alarm clock and some nice noise canceling headphones. I have decided to really jump into it right before I go to school (which is on monday) and have decided to devote myself to keeping this log.

I have decided to do everyman using the following schedule

  • 10:30pm-12:30am
  • 4:30am-4:50am
  • 6:20am-6:40am
  • 3:10pm-3:30pm
  • 9:20pm-9:40pm
As you can see I have decided to do everman which is like uberman except you get a little bit more sleep and utilize a 2 hour core sleep. I have decided to do this because I still want to active physically and set aside a core sleep to let my body relax and repair itself physically.

The beuty of everyman is that just like how the 20 minutes make you more acute physically because you get more REM sleep than a normal person the same applies to everyman. Your body utilizes that 2 hours for deep sleep which focuses on helping your body physically. And your body goes straight into that deep sleep after it adjusts so that you actually feel better physically than a normal person.

Ok well anyways I am looking to devote myself to this. I fall asleep easier than anyone but I have trouble waking up. Thus I got myself an insane sonic alert alarm clock with a vibrator to really hit hard and to ensure I wake up.

I am also using pzizz which is a program that creates custom randomized sleep and nap tracks. The nap tracks actually program your brain using binaural beats to go straight into REM sleep using Theta waves

Dreams, deep meditation, REM sleep
and sleep tracks which use Delta waves.

Deep dreamless sleep, loss of body awareness
of course this is all controversial but in my experience the nap tracks work for me and I always feel pretty good even though I still haven't gone through my adjustment stage (this is going to be hell)

So wish me luck :)

I am hoping I don't sleep through the damn alarm
